About

Named for the last letter.

Zed is where the alphabet ends. Zedrevo — the zed revolution — is named for the end of the work: the part where software either carries real load or quietly never ships. Everyone in this industry is good at beginnings. The name is a commitment to the other end.

Three kinds of “AI company”

The words get used interchangeably. They shouldn't be — the difference decides what you actually receive.

A software shop that uses AI

A pre-AI delivery organization with coding-assistant licenses. Same methods, same QA, same hourly billing — faster typing. Most agencies claiming AI are this, and for plenty of work it is fine.

An AI consultancy

Sells understanding: strategy, roadmaps, workshops. Often genuinely useful — and the deliverable is a recommendation someone else still has to build.

An AI-native engineering firm

A firm whose own operating system was designed after AI existed: engineers direct fleets of coding agents, evaluation harnesses are the QA backbone, and delivery is priced by outcome because hourly billing punishes speed. This is what Zedrevo is, and each of those three claims is checkable in how we work.

Calm is a policy, not a mood

Enterprise buyers rank vendor marketing last among the sources they trust, and they are right to. So this site makes claims you can check: mechanisms, policies, refusals. Where we have no proof to show, we say less instead of saying it louder.

The same policy governs how we talk about AI itself. Models make mistakes; anyone who tells you otherwise is selling the demo, not the system. Our job is the system — the evaluation harnesses, gates, and audit trails that make a fallible model safe to lean on.

The six of us, on the team page

What we can show you today

We are a young firm and we will not decorate that fact. What exists: we build and operate our own products, in production, with real users — and every engagement produces artifacts (evals, runbooks, handover docs) that we can walk you through under NDA. Client names and numbers appear here when clients release them, and not before.

The rest is better said in a call.

Thirty minutes, a person, no deck. Bring the thing you are trying to build.
